The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a fitness center.
My Christmas stay at this hotel wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. The walls were quite thin, and I could hear noisy guests and traffic outside throughout the night.

The hotel offered excellent service and had a prime location. It was close to popular attractions and easy to get around. the rooms had an iTV which was great for entertainment.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as a gym or pool. some of the staff were not as friendly or helpful as others.

The breakfast could have been better.
